Hi there, and welcome to Willfull Steps!
I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re navigating life with ADHD yourself, supporting a loved one, or seeking ways to better understand and empower your team members, this is a space designed just for you—a place where education, support, and compassion come together to rewrite the ADHD story.
Why I Started Willfull Steps
The inspiration behind Willfull Steps is deeply personal. My journey began with my son—a beautiful child with the best of intentions but struggling to regulate his behaviour and make meaningful connections. Watching him wrestle with challenges that felt bigger than him broke my heart. Yet it also opened my eyes to the impact of my own undiagnosed ADHD throughout my childhood and adolescence.
I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to feel stuck—trying your hardest but still battling emotional overwhelm, task reluctance, impulse control, and more. I also know the shame that comes from failed attempts to learn new routines or skills. But here’s what I believe: ADHD doesn’t have to define your limits. With the right tools, support, and mindset, it can become a powerhouse for achievement, connection, and joy.
What We Stand For
At Willfull Steps, we’re guided by three core values:
Education: Because understanding ADHD is the first step toward thriving with it.
Support: Because no one should have to navigate this journey alone.
Compassion: Because compassion is at the heart of everything we do.
We’re here to help individuals push past frustration, anger, and shame—to break free from those negative associations and create a new future full of possibility. Whether it’s building skills to succeed at school or work, strengthening relationships, or simply finding happiness in daily life, we’re committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.
Who We Help
Our mission is broad but intentional: we work with individuals of all ages—children, teens, adults—and their families. ADHD doesn’t exist in isolation; it impacts relationships at home, in schools, and in workplaces. That’s why we also partner with educators and employers through training seminars designed to create environments where people with ADHD can thrive.
How We Help
Through personalized coaching sessions for individuals living with ADHD (or supporting someone who is), we tackle challenges like initiating action, emotional regulation, task reluctance, impulse control, and more—all tailored to each person’s unique experience. For organisations that want to better support their team members with ADHD, we offer training seminars focused on fostering understanding and creating inclusive systems that work for everyone.
Why It Matters
Here’s what I know for sure: when people with ADHD feel safe and nurtured—when they’re given tools that work for them—they can achieve incredible things. ADHD isn’t just a challenge; it’s an opportunity for creativity, productivity, and innovation when harnessed in the right way.
My goal is simple: I want every person touched by ADHD to experience that potential firsthand.
So whether you’re here for yourself or someone you care about—or even on behalf of your organisation—welcome! Together, we’ll take purposeful steps toward a brighter future where ADHD isn’t a barrier but a springboard for success.
Let’s get started!
