An ADHD coach works with you to understand your unique challenges and strengths, then helps you create practical plans for positive change.
At Willful Steps, we focus on understanding what’s happening and why, then develop research-backed routines, strategies, and goals to reduce the impact of ADHD symptoms on your daily life, work, and relationships.
Our coaching covers time management, organisation, emotional regulation, executive function, empathy, change management, and interpersonal communication skills. We work primarily with adults and adolescents.
Sessions last about an hour and include conversation, check-ins, accountability, and action planning, all within a supportive, accepting, and empathetic environment.
Progress is measured by how much you feel you’ve improved in your family, relationships, career, and overall outlook.
Research shows ADHD coaching helps build executive functioning skills, self-awareness, and motivation, empowering you to manage symptoms and thrive.
