CONNECT

Introducing the CONNECT Toolkit

A Research-Backed System for Transforming Family Engagement in Education and Care.

Moving Families from Compliance to Partnership

Traditional onboarding in early childhood education and care often relies on forms, rules, and problem-reporting. This compliance-first approach leaves families feeling like recipients rather than partners - leading to avoidance, anxiety, and disengagement, especially for families of neurodivergent children.

The CONNECT Toolkit inverts this dynamic.

Built on evidence-based frameworks, it creates willing, positive partnerships from day one by prioritising relationships, psychological safety, and collaboration.

The Problem We Solve Together

Most services position families as passive recipients of information and rules. When challenges arise, families anticipate blame or unilateral decisions rather than partnership.

This is particularly damaging for neurodivergent families, who report higher rates of avoidance and anxiety.

CONNECT changes the starting point: Relationships first, compliance second.
