Overview: Co-designed with your organisation to address a specific challenge, audience, or context. Delivered under your branding or ours.

Process:

  1. Discovery Call (30 min): We understand your brief, audience, and constraints

  2. Co-Design Session (60 min): We map content, activities, and outcomes together

  3. Development: We build your bespoke workshop

  4. Delivery: Facilitated by Willful Steps or your trained staff

Typical 3-Hour Bespoke Topics:

  • Neurodiversity for specific industries (legal, healthcare, retail, construction)

  • Team-specific conflict resolution

  • Parent education sessions

  • Conference keynote + workshop combinations

  • Board and executive briefings

Investment: From $2,800 (includes co-design time, materials, and delivery for up to 20 participants)


Intensive Program (Full Day)

The Difference: More complex co-design for multi-stakeholder groups, deeper skill development, or multiple audience segments. Includes comprehensive facilitator guide if you intend to run future sessions internally.

Investment: From $5,200


Deep Dive (2 Days)

The Difference: Full white-label program development including train-the-trainer certification, comprehensive resource library, and licensing for ongoing internal delivery. We partner with you to build organisational capability that outlasts our involvement.

Includes:

  • Complete program ownership transfer

  • Facilitator certification for your staff

  • Full resource library (slides, handouts, videos, tools)

  • Quality assurance and refresher training

  • Annual licensing or partnership options

Pricing based on up to 20 participants. Additional participants POA. Pricing includes digital participant workbook, handouts, templates and certificate. Additional fees apply per copy for physical workbooks. Travel outside metro Perth may incur additional costs.
